I am a US citizen, would i have to pay taxes? also, could i do illegal things like drink before i'm 2,1 do drugs, and rip the tag off of my mattress?

Are you sure you're not already doing drugs? ;-)
As a US citizen, you would still have to pay taxes -- if you had income. Also, you would have to become familiar with the tax rules relating to "space and ocean income", which would give you plenty to do while floating around up there.
The mattress thing is going too far, however.
