You can use Proactive or see a dermotologist for a special cream that can be applied to your back. You can't go in the sun for a week or 2 while doing the treatment, but it significantly reduces the appearance of the acne.

U obviously need help. I have even looked it up in the dictionary, and there is no such thing as bacne.

many companies make an acne bodywash. Shower every morning and night. If its really bad go to a dermatologist and get a prescription body wash. Good luck!

Try calling a local spa and getting a back facial. The esthetician may also be able to give you some advice for clearing it up.
