Hi Allison, yes you can get arthritis at 22.

Most people think of Osteo Arthritis which is wear and tear of the joints, but there are many other forms of Arthritis that can hit at any age.

You should not self diagnose, you need to go to your doctor and explain the pains you are feeling as well as any other symptoms you have.

Things a doctor will ask are: Degree of pain on a scale of 1 - 10. Any previous injuries to the sites that are giving you trouble. How long the pain and stiffness lasts after you wake up each morning. How long this has been going on and perhaps if you were in an area where ticks are found. Oh he will probably also ask if there is any type of arthritis in the family.

The doctor will also examine the joints and test for range of motion, probably want to do blood tests to check for various forms of arthritis and perhaps xray the joint to look for signs of arthritis.

My advise to you is to start a diary on how you feel each day so that you can answer these questions with more accuracy, it's amazing how we forget.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now. If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine. Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid. And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again. I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen. It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis. Today, I want to do the same for you!
