Rib-Eye for sure. When cut into steaks, the rib eye is one of the most popular, juiciest steaks on the market. Meat from the rib section is tender and fattier (the meat is said to be "marbled") than other parts of the beef carcass. This extra fat makes rib eye steaks and roasts especially tender and flavorful. IMO Rib-Eye is the best!

Rib eye is more tender and flavorful. T-bone is excellent also just a little less tender or flavorful. I prefer Rib eye only because I'm spoiled and want the most flavorful/tender when I eat steak which isn't very often.

A t-bone is a better cut of meat especially if it is a porterhouse. A porterhouse t-bone will have a ny strip on one side and a filet on the other. sometimes most of the filet part is cut off. A ribeye has more marbling (fat) which provides more flavor so many people prefer the ribeye.

I prefer rib-eye because it is easier to cook evenly.

T-bones are delicious but the small tenderloin cooks faster than the longer loin side.

I like a ribeye. T-Bone has more than one type of cut on it. I have a harder time cooking them the way I like. Ribeyes are easy and delicious.
