*Umm...well I use my eyes....it's a indirect way of directly telling a guy I like them. Or getting them to notice me.

.Yeah I think just body language, smiling, lip licking, winking, etc. It can do wonders if the guy is smart and picks up on it.
.Or you could pull the classic "oops I dropped my pen" and bend over in front of them....lol...I would not recommend it though, it's dumb.

Confidence and poise. When I see a girl who's sure of herself and comfortable with who she is, I take notice.

You need to learn to eye F*ck him. Once you learn that, you will be good.
Learn to be able to stare him down so good that he feels like your are already doing him in your mind.
