I haven't ate lunch yet, but I will in an hour, I'm having Lebanese Lemon Chicken, Chicken And Tomatoes Baked Over A Layer Of Potatoes, Onions, Green Peppers And Lemon And Sprinkled With Cilantro

Chicken salad (with mayo, celery, sweet onion and black pepper) on a mini square bagel and a tropicana lemon squeeze water. It hit the spot! :o) I've never tried baba ghanoush, maybe I'll look into that.

Mmmm! Love Baba & Pita! I had Gardenburger Marguerita Pizza Style Wraps and two bags of Snyder's of Hanover BBQ chips. I also broke my ban on soft drinks and had a Pepsi (blechhhh!!!).
