I have done Tarot for 10 years now. I only usually read for friends and family, but have recently started doing this online. I dont charge ANYTHING. I see it as a gift and not something that just involve a cost. I dont ask questions, I just let them pick their cards and i read to them what they say to me. NO CARD is a badcard they all have diffent meanings and every tarot reader reads them differently. Negative cards to me are more about negative things in ones life and things they need to change.

Do you disagree?

I'm a tarot reader for over 10 years. I am forever amazed at how, out of 78 cards and 1000's of card combinations, that the select few can tell such a descriptive story of one's emotions & environment.

Yes, but there are conditions to keep in mind. Is this a correct interpretation? Predictions are only of where you will be if the trend continues. Your and the reader's moods may affect the reading. Are you focused? I look at readings like a conversation with my inner self. I can choose to believe them or not. Sometimes it seems like the cards tell me whatever I want to hear. Other times, they knock me out of my seat because that is not what I wanted to hear but it rings true. I always learn something about myself. My friend who has read them for me has told me not to question the outcome just because I think it isn't possible because I might just be focusing on life through the eyes of doubt. There's this other me that I don't even know about. The one I could become if I keep bettering myself.

The tarot is an ancient tool of Divination but just like any tool it can be misused in the wrong hands . be extremely careful about what you accept from your reader. If you feel that you need guidance find someone reputable. word of mouth is usually the best recommendation and beware of anyone who charges a fortune! . The future is not written in stone we have free will .

I would say from both personal experience and massive amounts of research that the Tarot and other forms of "fortune" telling are complete and total bunk. Astrology, for instance, has been disproven time and time again since the 5th or 6th century.

The original tarot may have had some other meaning at the time it was created i.e. it may have been a pictorial way to explain "truths" that were considered heretical by the Catholic church.

Like everything to do with "psychics", you can make the cards say whatever you want to say. They're just pictures, everything goes to the interpretation laid on them.
No one can predict the future...they just pick your brains without you even realising it, they watch your every reaction and expression, and get you to reveal a lot of things about yourself without your realising it, in order to wow you with their "knowledge".
Messing about with the Tarot, like the ouija board, is just leaving the door open for anybody to take over your brain, whether it be a cheap jack "psychic" or an evil spirit trying to take over your will and mess you around. Not a good idea, and certainly nothing to base your decisions on.
Live your life in reality.

I believe in the psychic ability of some readers yes
the cards are only a tool
so the reading is as good as a reader

although i would not trust any random emails..... they are always a scam

I find them a nice personal meditative tool, but don't put a lot of faith in their ability to predict the future. I use them more as a way to clarify my own position.

They are vague enough to manipulate you into thinking about those points in your life.
