Being salvage title cars more economic, how reliable are they ? Are they good deals? Will it be difficult to re-sell it later? Would you buy one? The answers will be truly appreciated. I need a car asap.

heck no, DO NOT BUY, that car was probably swimming in new orleans or thrown at a building in florida, and fixed, then the title will say salvage so trading it in would mean lost money, I would not buy it from you,
It can have electrical problems later when it rots or something!!

You may find a good deal on a salvage titled car, but how reliable are they? is a difficult question to answer it depends on how good of a job the auto body shop did rebuilding the car.

It could be difficult to resell. I have owned salvage titles before, but only because my family had a junkyard and we rebuilt the car ourselves. I never tried to sell it, I just drove it until it wasn't worth anything and traded it in at a dealership.

Try to find out why the car was totaled. That may make your decision easier. I'd stay away from serious front end damage, you may never be able to get the car to align properly and have tire issues, but you may not too. It's a gamble, good luck

Would you want a car that you know has already been totaled? I wouldn't myself. When you resell it, you have to tell them it was a salvage title car, and that will hold them off, also if you have to finance it, the credit company may not want to finance a salvage car.

It's a crap shoot. You could get a good one and you could get one that will always give you electrical problems, or rust sooner that it should. I would avoid them until you are more familiar with them. good luck

ONLY buy a car with a salvage title if you can pay cash for it and are willing to write the vehicle off if it gets in any accident(your fault or not). Insurance companies will not fully insure a branded title vehicle. Also, before you buy the vehicle, take it to a body shop for an evaluation of repairs done. They can certify that the vehicles repairs were done correctly or not.

They can be wonderful buys if they have been rebuilt by a responsible professional. I do not recomend buying from someone you don't know well or don't have several references for.

The vehicle was once in a junk yard. Do you feel comfortable with a vehicle that someone once junked? Probably serious problems with it; accidents, bad engines or transmissions. STAY AWAY!
