A lot of times Credit Unions have the best rates. You will have to become a member, usually by opening and account and keeping a minimum of $5.00 in it. Check it out.

There is no 'best place'. You'll have to shop around, but beware.... most car loans are front loaded so that paying off early to refinance can leave you owing a lot..... a lot more money.

Credit unions are always the best. They will beat bank rates every day. You will have to join, but the savings will far outweigh the membership fee.
