You have some inaccurate information. The antichrist is against Christ. This means that he will want to go contrary to what God says in the Bible. The Lord says that you cannot do anything to earn salvation but the antichrist will lead people to think that they can do something to ensure salvation. The Lord always referred to His word the Bible, but the antichrist will lead people to heed the doctrines of their church or just certain parts of the Bible.
The Bible states, "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in spirit and in truth." The antichrist will lead people to worship him rather than God. The antichrist will also seek to lead people away from the truth.
As far as national Israel is concerned, they will never recognize or serve Jesus Christ. This is the way it will remain right up to the second advent of Jesus Christ. There will be a small "remnant" of believers that will come from Israel just as in all nations of the world. There will even be some former Muslims that will be counted among the elect or chosen of God (Ephesians 1:3-5).

The Antichrist will stand in the Temple claiming to be God & will divide the land for profit. So, Since Islam wants the land divided, Islam isn't the Antichrist's enemy. Personally I think the top Islamic leader will be buddies with the False Christ. This is a peace accord.
Israel is warned to flee to the highlands as soon as the False Christ (abomination of desolation) stands in the rebuilt temple. Shortly after this, all hell will break loose.

There are MANY antichrists (those who oppose Christ). As far as the Biblical description you name, have you ever considered the catholic church?
1. It is drunk with the blood of the saints
2. It is involved with every major government in the world
3. It opposes salvation by grace and substitutes works
4. It is the ONLY entity old enough to have done all these things
5. Every one of the reformers identified it as the antichrist.
