Any problems encountered with rooms booked through them?
What about their airport to hotel and vice versa transfer service?
I intend to book with them to Krabi for holiday in June.

I know this booking agent. It's big and reliable, but I have never booked with them. The reason is their price of my favorite hotel is always higher than asiarooms.com (some hotels are higher, some are cheaper, of course), and airport transfer is higher than you pay at the airport limousine desk(not a taxi stand) of Suvarnabhumi airport. If you mean Krabi airport/hotel transfer, your hotel may offer a good service.
Before you book, compare their prices first.

Yes, I have used them for many, many years and always found them reliable. The site gives a good impression of the hotels, and there are no hidden extras.
Highly recommended.
The airport transfer is more expensive than a taxi, but also more comfortable. Use it if you are new to Thailand. It is operated by the hotel where you stay.
By the way, I have had unpleasant surprises with other services, like prices that were higher tahn on the site, extra charges etc.
Asiatravel always does exactly ehat it says on the site.

Yes, we did just last Christmas. Everything went smoothly and no fuss at all and will use it again end of this year. It is cheaper and instant get the accommodation while with other I have to wait for their answers most are not available and suggest or sell something instead. I had that feeling (unsecured) before then it was a small world when i went back to Thailand . Friend of my friend she works there and she said there is no problem at all as it is a big company.
Sorry can't help you with the airport costs but I have heard from my parents who living there they said shuttle bus, Taxi, Public transport services are also available for tranfering between the airport suvanaphum - Donmeung airport. With shuttle bus for more information on Departure call 66-2535-1192. or Arrival call 66-2535-1253.

I had not heard of them. Check www.asiarooms.com, the prices are lower or comparable depending on the dates of visit. The only negative with www.asiarooms.com is their credit issuance for cancellations are a little slow, a day or 3 but they do it. I have used them a few times and no problems . And they do have client reviews of each hotel. Good or bad the review is there. I like that.

i almost always make my bookings with asiarooms.com. they answer my queries promptly and gives reliable service. however you must at least make your bookings 3 days in advance as they do not accept last minute bookings. did compare among various websites. asiarooms rates should be the most competitive.
