Depends what age the lady is. I'm attracted to guys my own age :) I'm 28, so I'd be attracted to a 30 yr old. That is not over the hill at all. Wait until you turn 55 and have a big ol' beer belly.

It's hard to put an actual number, as women's tastes vary. At 30 you are definitely NOT over the hill. I can think of numerous girls who adore older men. Look at Hugh Grant and George Clooney. They are a good deal older than you, and are demmed attractive with a capital A. Jack Nicholson is about 70 and women fall at his feet.
Take care of yourself. Keep yourself healthy and good and that will take care of the physical side. Cultivate your charms, positive qualities and your sense of humour, and you will get better and better with age.
You have plenty of life, love and attraction in you.

I am not sure that it's as much the age as the stage in life that one is. Women tend to be more attractive to man who act mature. By that I mean they have a clear sense of priorities, are emotionally intelligent, focused and got themselves together (not too many unresolved issues).
For example, I have a buddy, who is 33, has a great body (well built and all) but is immature in his dealings with women. He fools around so much that he had to see a shrink about it.
I have observed that many women find him attactive initially but after about 2 weeks they (the women) walk away because of his pre-pubescent attitude to relationships.

You are NOT over the hill! Come on! I think men "become" sexy in their 30s. You are more mature, your wild oats are sewn (hopefully), and your ready for a serious relationship. Oh, and the gray hair you'll get right above the ears.... WAAAAY sexy.
P.S. I'm 29 and engaged to a HOT 34-year-old.

Definitely not over the hill at age 30. I am 40 and feeling sexy and young as hell. It all depends on you and how you take care of yourself and self-worth, esteem! Good luck!

Men are considered most attractive when they have their life together. You know when they are focused, confident and know what they want. Men are attractive when they are responsible like a real man should be. Age doesn't matter. I know some 35 year old men who aren't attractive cause they are immature and don't have themselves together. A man is attractive when he TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS.
