Well, if your hair is long enough to use a flat iron, you could get one pretty cheap at like WalMart or Target. Otherwise, if it's short, you're gonna have to let it grow out some in order to straighten it (You could try blow drying it even if it's short, but you gotta have a good bristle brush to brush heavy while blow drying) or you could just cut it really short to where the curls won't be so bad. make sure that when you straighten it though that you put some sort of pomade or serum on it so that it doesn't frizz.

Buy some sort of straightening gel or spray and a flat iron. Wash your hair, read the directions on the back of the straigtening product and rub a little in your damp hair, blow your hair dry with a round brush, and then straighten with the flat iron. Good Luck.

That's the thing about curly hair, if you want it straight, it's gonna cost you. I recommend The CONAIR INFINITY BLOW DRYER ( about $65) and a curling iron by HOT TOOLS that is 1 1/2 inch in diameter (about $45). It straightens better than a flat iron. Then finish of with some anti-frizz hair serum.

If you have long hair, buy yourself a good flat iron and use a lot of product to keep from damaging it. If it's short, try to blow it dry using a large round brush pulling it under your hair as you go. I have the same problem and was actually considering getting mine chemically straightened, but it is very expensive.
