useing the color red...?

i want to bleach my hair and put red through it how can i help stop the red from faiding soO fast. ........(im not dyeing it i haveing it done.)

my hair right now i kinda blonde its just growing out.

im not dyeing the whole thing red just sum underneith

if you are going to dye it red, dye the whole thing becase if your is multiple colors thenn it would look bad. but you could put in peachy highlight to give it some red color.

So the look is two tone right? Bleach blond on top and red underneath. Do not shampoo again after color is removed for 24-48 hours. Use only shampoo designed for color treated hair. Obviously you can not use red enhancing shampoo. Wear a hat or hair sunscreen in hair while in sun. The underneath only can be refresed using sem-perm product in 4 weeks.

They sell a shampoo at the grocery store, it's for colored hair to keep it fresh, keep it from fading and looking dull. I don't know what it's called. The link below is something i found on the internet, I'm not sure how that works. Ask your hair dresser, she should know.

Well actually my hair is red now and I was my hair everyday with color care shampoo and conditioner and my hair hasn't started fading yet!

Don't wash it every day and when you do use a color care shampoo and conditioner. Your stylist should be able to recommend one.

don't bleach your hair because if you bleach & dein dye it ;it will take your hair out truth me i know i did it before.

you can wash your hair every day, but just shampoo it every other day. it will still fade faster than any other colour u would choose though.
