Actually I think it should only be Jr. You would use II if say you were naming him after your father, so instead of being a Jr. he would be a second. But if you name him after his dad, he is a Jr.

While he is a baby the prefix would be Master. After he is grown Mister or Mr. The suffix would be Junior or Jr.

Assuming you mean suffix rather than prefix, it's your choice: you could use Jr. or II.

His name would be like Johnny James Jones II

or Johnny James Jones Jr.

It would be Jr. You could also say the second (II). That's what my cousin did. I think Jr. is the correct way. Usually it's Jr, III, IV, etc.

Well if you want to be traditional, he would be a Jr., but if you wanted to get proper and primpy you could say 'II' ( the 2nd)

Junior is the usual for that.

It is not a prefix (since those go first) but we get the idea.
