berrys, sunflower seeds and so on, but we are not to feed them why, is that telling farmers not to plant them.

I also eat the above foods you mentioned..but where are you hearing that we are not to feed them (to animals - I assume you are talking about)? I feed birds, for instance, all kinds of different seeds and I have a few blackberry bushes that birds feed off of..
