It's your day tell her in no uncertain words no you do not want to have her kids in the bridal party. She could spend the money herself and hire fancy suits for the boys and a pretty dress for the girl. My sister wanted her daughter to be a bridesmaid at my wedding but with 12 nieces and nephews at the time it wasn't fair to do different rules for different people, I had said for a long time that when I got married I would have the oldest child from each family, that meant her eldest was my page boy and the eldest from the other two were bridesmaids. She did however get an extremely fancy dress for her daughter and a bag the same as the bridesmaids had! I didn't mind that because she had paid out the money and I didn't have to organise another person.

Not sure who "we" are, but I was not around during the Holocaust. Had I been and had I had knowledge of it, I certainly would have spoken out against it. But, your mythical "WE" must have failed to make Christians feel guilty in any large numbers. I believe many Christians tried to help Jews escape if I remember some of the historical accounts. Hitler was not a Christian, like many sociopaths he tried to hide behind the facade of Christianity.
Many Muslims have spoken out against the actions of the terrorists that are using their religion to commit attrocities, not ordered by one man, but by a network of killers. It's difficult to compare the two actions.
If someone has the knowledge and the power to stop or end something that is wrong then they also have the responsibility to do so.
What did atheists do to stop the Holocaust or help those who were being persecuted by Hitler?
What are atheists doing now to stop the ongoing terrorism, not just against Americans but throughout the world?

In my opinion, no. It is not a good idea, to make people, "feel bad for something," when it is not true. Just because they blamed the holocaust on Christians (which is untrue). Two wrongs don't make one right. Let's us present the intellectual truths of the Bible, and the historicity of Bible Prophecy, and lift up Jesus as the only Savior, and people will be drawn to Him (John 12:32)

Extremist activities are in every facet of life. In politics and religion it seems to be more.
Concentration camps, atomic warfare, holocaust, terrorism and similar other wounds are the unethical expressions of human mind by larger groups.
Similar acts when done by smaller social groups we call them rowdies, scoundrels and unsocial elements. Law and Order machinery tries to correct them.
Where and what is the machinery to correct these larger groups and put the humanity on rails!!

Christians had nothing to do with the Holocaust. Hitler was no Christian, in fact he was part Jewish. Natzis were not Christians.
Yes we can and do make the Muslin community feel guilty. The terrorists are not really Muslims either. The use the religion to try to get political power.

Um, Muslims didn't make Christians feel guilty about the holocaust. Muslims were THRILLED with the holocaust, because it meant the deaths of millions of their ancient, Jewish enemies. Any Christian guilt about the holocaust comes from the deeds of Christians, not from Muslims. You did know that, right?

I'm sure they already feel sadness for the losses....at least the peaceful Muslims.
Every group will have its extremists. There will be Muslims out there who revel in the bloodshed. There will be Christians out there who cheer for their own bloodshed. These groups are the minority.
The majority should not be held accountable for the actions of those minorities, especially since they couldn't do anything to stop them. What could a Muslim living in Indiana do about 9/11? What could a Christian living in India do about Paul Hill? Nothing but grieve.

Hmmm... not all Muslims are terrorists. Didn't you know what? There are some extremists, yes, but there are extremists in every religion. Why do Christians feel guilty about the Holocaust? Christians didn't perpetrate the Holocaust, Nazis did, so why would Christians have to feel guilty for it. They can feel bad about it, but it's not their fault.

Never . They are bent on destroying all that is good in the non
Muslim world. Their way is the best, everyone else is fair game. You re not dealing with rational people, you are dealing with fanatics. Their idea of being just and civilized is to cut off the heads of innocent men, and using women as chattel.

I'm guessing you are a Christian or you wouldn't be upset about this. Lets get revenge on them right lets make them feel guilty. Way to practice what you preach but don't worry you can just ask your god for forgiveness and you will be forgiven right? This is the problem with the world no one knows how to let it be.
