Breads, Meats, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables.
Basically the same ingredients we have now only cooked and prepared differently.

Lots of organ meats. And whatever the meat was, it was usually boiled in the stomach of the animal that was killed. The stomach lining is strong enough to be strung over a fire.
