are the collages at www.skinnerimages.com of good quality?

So-so. I think you can probably do an equal or better job yourself in Photoshop...even without taking a class. The main thing is to learn how to crop/cut and paste with a more subtle feathered value (so that the edges don't look so sharp). As the other person mentioned, skinnerimages does have a 90's look to it.

I like them but I make my own collages with pictures I've taken

Ugh. Skinnerimages are atrocious.

Amateurish.

They didn't remove the backgrounds from the images, they left the feathered look. It might have looked passable in 1995.

Yes, I made one for my daughter for her birthday. Hope she likes it. You can buy them from Kodak Easyshare Gallery also. They look good and are relatively inexpensive.

I really hope they aren't yours, because I find them hideous. I can't believe anyone would waste time making such cluttered "ads" or whatnot, let alone pay someone...
