Yes, it is very good for a diabetic but you do have to be careful of carbs on the vegan diet.

Balanced diets are usually good for cetain health conditions. The key is the balance of the correct nutrients in the diet.

Unfortunatelly there is no real "cure" for diabetes yet. What you can do with the correct diet and exercise program, is to prevent complications, improve your sugar control and live a better life, with good quality, for a longer time.

Vegan diets are usually high on carbohydrates, but if you control tehm and also make sure youget protein from soy, and other beans, it might work well for you.

The most important to prevent or control diabetes is your intake of carbohydrates. The diet plans will help guide you to choose foods and combine them, but the key is your daily carb intake.

There are a couple of sites I would like to recommend for you:
www.nutrihand.com has a wellness center you can register for get your body analysis and start tracking what you eat for free. As iyou track your foods you will see all thier nutritional values. This way you can at least learn how much you are eating daily of all the nutrients.

Another good site is www.mendosa.com It provides a lot of good articles about everything related to diabetes

And a third one I would like to recommmend is www.pcrm.org
Their founder, a doctor really beleives VEGAN diets can have a strong affect in controlling diabetes. So read the articles there too.

I hope this helps you.

I do a diet plan that has an absolutely brilliant vegetarian section with tons of choice, lots of the people who go to the same slimming club as me are diabetics and have found not only have they got their condition under control but have also been allowed to cut out a lot of their medication too by their doctors, I have recommended this eating plan to a few people I know with diabetes and after only a few weeks they are starting to feel much better too so maybe a vegan or vegetarian diet is the way forward for diabetes.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
