That's easy. Ninja don't cry because they are born without tear ducts. Yea, see it makes them sneakier. Little know fact about ninja. There hearts are actually removable as well. Ninja are from mars you see.

I accidentally walked in on a ninja support group once.( I thought I was attending an AA meeting) Biggest bunch of crybabies I ever saw. They're actually very sensitive. They threatened to kill me if I ever told anybody.

Where'd you get that idea? They're human like everybody else, so we can assume they still cry when grieving or heartbroken. You probably just can't see them doing it often or openly since part of their training is to endure pain and hardships, besides if we're to go by what we see in the movies, they wear a mask all the time so you won't expect to see em crying : P
