Time is the greatest healer of all time. Let it pass, you will forget him as time passes by. The more you think of ways to forget him, the harder it will become, because you are spending time thinking of him.
Indulge in something that can pass your time, not with another relations so soon, but you can. Try hobbies, studying, going to movies, etc,
It is just in our mind, in our memories sometime even it is just the habit of having them with us most of the time, that we feel the emptiness. Like the soil uprooted with a plant, it will break your heart, tears has some healing powers too, just like the rain, it washes the dirt away and slowly return those uprooted soil back to your heart again---and you will be renewed, healed in time.

We never really forget the one's we are close to. All you can do is let time fade the memories a little at a time. I remember every girfriend I've had and some just stay on my mind. At first the memory or my ex wife was constant and I even moved to a different city so I would stop running into her, but it did not stop me from thinking of her.

The best way to fade the memory is to stay active, go out with friends and keep busy. When I got divorced my buddies made sure I had very little free time on my hands. We went clubbing and fishing, hiking, camping, out for drives in the country, worked on projects around the house, etc. I just stayed busy as much as possible. It worked eventually. I didn't forget her, but I stopped grieving over the loss of the relationship.

Good Luck!

No one can teach you 2 forget about him it takes time, mayb like weeks or months just its going to hurt and its something that you have go thro b4 it gets better, You might cry at nite or during the day and i hate for this to sound bad buts its going to hurt for a while and if u have to talk to some1 talk to them, even if u go on and on a good friend is always there for you and never says i told u so even if they really want to, their there for you when ever u need them. A good source is parents ( or parently figure) i no its weird but really thier great to talk to and gives you great advice, plus gives you bonding times and now they can't say that you don't hang out with them ne more. lol a lil joke to make u smile.

No one can teach you how to forget something. Glad to hear that you ended your relationship with the boyfriend because it was not right that you cheated on him. The only advice that can be given here is to just move on and see others and live your life. Then maybe you will be able to forget this guy.

Your neighborhood??.....that's a lot of people.
Throw yourself into work or school. Get a hobby or dig deeper into one you already have. It will keep your mind off of him if you are really busy. You will never really forget about him, but you need to keep your mind off of the situation. Time is the only thing that helps and the only way to get that is wait.

That was a bad scene to begin with. You need to make sure you do not do this again. It never works out. Its only fun in the beginning and then someone gets hurt. You need to spend your time with your bf and go out and do things together like you and the other guy were doing and you will learn to 4get. It will not hurt so bad

should have thought about that before u had a "secret Relationship" - which basically means u were cheating for a while - this is ur fault, but u can try to fix it if u want - put ur pride aside and call him if u want - but if ur going to do this, be honest and tell him the truth, or ur relationship will be based on a lie

Sounds like you really like this guy. Why not just talk with him and find out how he feels about you. Then go from there. If it works out you both will have to break up with your present relationship. Good luck!

I don't know sweety, but if you find out please tell me. I'm having the same problem. I know i'm better off without him, and I have plenty of people interested. But my heart is broken. Please write me and let me know if you get a good answer. The only thing I've ever known is to fall in love again. But thats just takin the risk again and I don't think I'm ready for that risk again. I can't handle the hurt again, not this bad. Thanks Sbetts

You have to stop seeing and thinking about him. It will only hurt everyone in the long run, of this romantic story of woe. Cheating is a terrible thing. Once you start it's hard to stop.
