Is there a stock amp with this system and if so where can i locate it

There are stock amplifiers; in a Dodge Ram they are mounted on the stock speakers.

No stock amp.. the only thing powering your speakers is the head unit.. probably stock I'm guessing. You're head unit has an amp built into it to power the speakers in your vehicle, probably 20-50 x 4 watts.. not a whole lot but it does the job for stock speakers.. Aftermarket usually have a little more power behind them. Hope that helps you out.
