marinate beef, steak strips, in terriaki sauce for a half hour. Chicken would work too!
In the wok add beef stock
1 cup brown rice
A handful of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of diced onions
1 cup of brocoli
Let the veggies simmer on low temp on the grill, in the wok, until the both is almost gone, and keep adding the beef stock.
Add a cup of water and then the beef in the wok and let it all cook together, until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
I made this recipe up years ago and I love it. I make it all the time, but on the stove with my wok. I never tried it on the grill, Which I should do one day.
Good luck I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

O.k here's what i always use and so far all i have tried it on love it. All ingredients fresh!!!!!!!!
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
handful of fresh corriander chopped
2teaspoons of fresh ginger
1 birdseye chilli chopped finely
75ml dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoi sin sauce
juice of half a lime

mix it all together and marinade your meat for a couple of hours then stick it in a really hot pan and add veg later.

I always finely chop some leeks and add them at the last minute to give it a bit of extra bite

Soy Sauce, Red Wine, Garlic, Onion

I always thought those wok things for the bbq pit were mainly to grill veggies on it... never thought about doing meat in them!

I use teriyaki sauce. Try several brands, since some aren't good. The one I use is the consistency of soy sauce.
