Replace it with a desire for Him. You do this by deciding to do it. You have a free will choice how you respond to desires. Before it comes, commit yourself to the right choice and stick to it.

The bible encourages us to deaden our desires as respects fornication, adultery, uncleanness, loose conduct..so that we would be chaste enough to enter into the Kingdom. If you are married you may have approved sex but abstain from debased sex. Oral and anal sex is forbidden as is masturbation.
