okay. so i had a boyfriend for almost four months. we went out a couple years ago for about a year. we broke up and got back together in january of this year. everything has been fine. until yesterday. out of the blue he breaks up with me. he says he has too much on his mind. i asked him what was on his mind and he said school, his mom, his neice, and his dad. there is nothing bad going on at school. he's passing all his classes. his mom is getting ready to have back surgery. his neice...i don't really know what is going on in that area but i know his sister just had her second baby yesterday and she's only 19. he's seventeen and has a neice and a nephew already. and there is nothing going on with hes dad. i asked him what any of that had to do with dumping me. and he replied that he didn't want a girlfriend through it all. wouldn't you think that he would want a girlfriend to help him through these things? then he's like well you live right next door maybe we'll get back together in

the future. i told him i couldn't wait forever, and that i waited long enough to get back with him. then he asked me for a hug so we could be on good terms. and i couldn't move because i was so upset and shocked that this was happening. so he said we could still be friends right? and i said no. we tried that for almost three years. i have too many feelings for you to just be your friend. so he just walked away. i asked him to come over today after his doctor's appointment and he said he would. why did he break up with me? why do guys do this? they tell you they love you and everything is fine and dandy then out of the blue "we need a break". what the hell? i love him so much. please explain this ridiculousness to me. thanks guys

he probaly doent want to end up like his sister. an maybe he is afriad of loosing you. he probally thinks that one you dont deserve him, 2 that hes scared to loose you, 3 he isafrid to love you to much or 4, he probally is afraid to loose you.

Well if you want him so bad you can always try to make him jealous but not so much and you can always try flirting with him or showing that you have interest or best of all be his friend for a while and help him get through (what sounds like a lie) the things that are happing in his life.

It is a human thing and there is no explanation that I have ever been able to figure out. Then on top of it there is the differnce between men and women; that ads to the confusion. Go forth, expand your horizons, don't put all your eggs in one basket and don't even bother trying to please the rest of world.

i go through that on a daily basis. but whatever is ment to be will work out perfectly. it may hurt now. maybe his feelings are not there anymore. or something weird. so maybe just give him his space. let him deal with whatever he needs to deal with. i mean ya you cant wait forever. but if he stays on your mind. there is a reason for it. but till now. go out. have fun. enjoy life the best you can. maybe when he wants you back. you found mr perfect. and he'll realized what he lost. but till you act like your ok. he is going to think your clingy and your holding on to tight. so act like things are fine. and hell be like wtf? she is suppose to be ahpyy..and if you get another boyfriend he may be like she's mine. jealousy my friend :]
