Well, heck... walk right in. The feds will give you amnesty. No one is watching the border.
Bring your whole family. American citizens will pay for them.

You have to be a US legal resident have a Green Card) for at least 5 years (3 years if you are married to US Citizen) and pass the citizenship exam.

you have to be in the US for five years. if you are in the military i dont know. maybe sooner.
