It's kinda difficult to use microsoft word when u've not been familiar with it.
however, this the step:
For MIcrosoft word 2003:
* click "insert" icon shown in the toolbar
* find the word of "table" and click
* you have insert the number of columns and rows you require
* once you have finished it, just click OK
For Microsoft word 2007:
* click the "insert" toobar
* there will be a number of square shown to you
* just highlight the number of columns and rows u need to.

Just go to the top menu where it says table and insert. that gives you a bare bones table that you can work with.

Are you using a very old version? There's suppose to be "table" in the menu bar and "insert" in the drop- down menu.

Can you give more information? For instance, have you already created the table and just need to import it into Word? Or do you need to create it within Word?
