I am bedridden and five years ago I lost 100lb. what I did was eat fruit, vegetables, potatoes, chicken, turkey, and small amounts of beef. The weight came off very quickly. You have to give up fried foods, fatty foods and junk food.

For exercises you need to consult a physical therapist. You don't want to cause further injury.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

This diet plan will work for you.

You can see it at bellaviadiet.com. It is designed to use up to 50% of your body's fat stores for energy, it gets the rest from a healthy combination of carbs, fruits, veggies and protien.

I have been helping people lose weight for a long time.

I currently have 8 ladies on my program. The first week results in lbs are Annette 11, Sandra 5, Jamie 6.5, Lou 7, Cecelia 9, Tammy 7 and Jessica 6. Their ages are 18 - 63.

This is a real program and the ladies always comment on how easy it is to follow. I base the program to work with the metabolic rates of the people who are using it.

I would have additional questions for you, to determine your metabolic rate. You do not have to excersize for this program to work.

The program uses a great combination of foods that will give you results and I show you what to eat. You choose the things you like.

The program is a 3 week program and you can lose up to 24 lbs if that is your goal. You can also continue week 3 to lose the last 6 lbs.

I usually help girls that are getting married and want to lose before the wedding. I have also helped girls before spring break and currently prom.

The program does not use drugs of any kind.

If you want to reach me by phone let me know and I will provide my number. I am in Arkansas

You can see the program at www.bellaviadiet.com.

Send me an e-mail through the contact page if you have other questions or decide to use my program. That way I can send it to your email and you can get started ASAP.

Best Wishes on your plans

Sharon

I am a truck driver, age 50. In July, 2006 I weighed 330 pounds and my pant size was 52 inches. I found a book written by Dr. Mark Hyman titled "Ultrametabolism".
That book changed my life!!!
Today, I am at about 260 and my pant size is 44 inches.
I am sold! I am VERY sedentary and I get NO excersize. Dr. Hyman explains WHY we put on weight so easily and find it so HARD to take it off. If you do whjat he says, it WILL change your life! He advocates a VERY simple plan of eating mostly whole unprocessed foods. He explains what is behind the recent obesity epidemic. Get ready for your life to change!

First of all, I would begin by providing the body with the nutrition that is needed. Good food choices and the strength to moderately exercise usually result in a more toned, strong, lean body. Dieting by restricting calories is not healthy.

There are four things that I would take, and in fact a quad. client of mine is on this program. She has regained a great deal of strength and is doing very, very well. So well, that it is unbelievable, so I will not even describe.

Advanced Ambrotose glyconutrients - cellular communication
In Liven - digestive health
NCD liquid zeolites - detoxification
Essential Daily Nutrients - vitamin, mineral, phytochemical and herbal supplement

Best of luck to you!

If you want to lose weight and not build bulk, try doing some resistance training. Also, dance moves, even just upper body movements will give you a good cardio workout and help you lose excess fat. I wouldn't recommend pills unless it's a multivitamin. Diet pills don't work. Best of luck!
