Please note, you and 100,000 others are going to go through a very intensive selection process. During the selection process, you will go through several security checks, fill out dozens of forms, and have a personal interview with a U.S. Consul. Statistically, only 20 percent actually complete the process and obtain a Green Card through this program.

While you have the choice in going through this process by yourself, we highly recommend that you obtain the services of a lawyer who is well versed in U.S. immigration matters. We recommend the law firm of Katz & Cohen who have years of experience and specialize in immigration and relocation law to handle your case from this point and onward. We feel that by using their services, it will better help you in completing the selection process, especially in filling out the forms correctly, submitting the proper details, and preparation for a personal interview with a U.S. consul.

This Yahoo Lottery scam looks almost real. The average person might look at the photos and logos and think it is legitimate. Just a few obvious problems: loads of spelling errors, lotteries NEVER email the winners.. and, oh yes, Yahoo doesn't HAVE a lottery! Don't you think you would have heard of it by now, if they did? And since when do lotteries choose winners who didn't buy a ticket: "All participant were selected through a computer balloting system drawn from Nine hundred thousand E-mail addresses".

its a scam!! this 'Katz and Cohen' are just trying to get you to hire them as lawyers dish out all this money for their lawyer fees and such and then when you're completely broke, you find out the you are denied.
If it were a real thing, they would never have mentioned one specific law firm to go to for immigration help. And they ARE right, you CAN do it yourself, and most people do. If you want a green card, dont believe that phony email, just go to an immigration office n fill out the paperwork.

No. You haven't won yet. There is a question and answer thing you have to do. If you don't answer something the way it should be answered, they deny you entree. Did you give them your e-mail address?? Otherwise it might be a scam. Good luck!

if it came through e-mail, it is not genuine... Notifications are not sent via e-mails but via postal address.

If it came by Post then you are a winner... Congratulations..
