I've lost 20 lbs. in 7 wks, here's how. Join a gym and take 1-2 lessons from a trainer ($100-$120) use a combo of weight training and cardio. Start out slow but your goal for cardio should be 45 min. Elliptical are great. When doing your weight circuit try to work your whole body, legs, chest, arms and stomach. The more muscle you build the more calories you will burn. Do an aggressive abs routine after each of the cardio and weights Approx 200 counts of stomach routines. Pre plan your meals, cut the fats out eat breakfast every morning and never eat within 2 hrs. of bedtime. Take the weekends off and start all over. You will feel hungry when going to bed which is great you will love yourself in about 4-6 wks

Just don't stay hungry, all u have to follow is below returned course of action if u could.

1. Take a balance diet, just don't eat only Rice on same type of food, your daily diet should contain everything such as Rice, Roti/Chapatis (Indian bread), Vegetable (it could be anything), dals (cereals) and finally salad.

2. Take a heavy breakfast, Lunch should neither be too light nor must be too heavy and always take light dinner.

3. Never eat till ur tummy is full. eat till the extend that their is some hunger left inside u. (this is important), and yes always try taking dinner at least 11/2 hrs before u got to bed.

4. Eat fruits after 1/2 hr of dinner in the evening.

5. Never keep eating accept for ur breakfast, lunch and dinner, try to avoid untimely eating of snacks and other such things.

6. Go for jogging, if can't at least go for the walk and yes do "rope skipping" and if possible do swimming also and one last thing, always have a "small walk" after the dinner.


follow these steps and surely u will loose ur weight.

Simple - eat less, exercise more.
It is what always works, but what so few people are actually willing to do for the long term.
I walk 30-45 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. BRISK walk--huffing and puffing, sweat---if you don't walk fast, you won't burn the calories.
Also, 2 or 3 times a week (on the days I don't walk) I do weights. Building your muscle mass, esp. if you are female, can have quite a profound effect on fat loss. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might not like the numbers that show on the scale, but muscle takes up a lot less space than fat---so go by the feel of your clothes, rather than the number on your scales.
And of course, cut down on what you eat. I let myself eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as I want, but limit carbs, meat, etc. I still eat everything (including desserts maybe once a week) I want, but limit the quantity.

Try the weight watchers point system it is easy and if maintained works very well, without leaving you feel hungry and many recipes are online at www.weight watchers recipes.com I am 5'9" and weighed 250 when I started not too long ago and I can have up to 25 points a day! Their ice cream is really good to! Good luck, PS I am down to 238 and started about a week ago.

I lost my weight successfully by reducing my calorie intake to 1,200 calories and I also exercised everyday for at least 30 minutes.

As of right now I weight 10 lbs. less and a couple of inches smaller.

Try to eat healthier. Once I stopped eating junk food and chocolate, I lost the weight quite easily. It's surprising how much influence sludge can have on a person's life, ya know?

losing wieght is not an easy job
it needs lot of hard work
dedication
eat healthy food.......fresh fruits ,green vegetables ,soups salads.....
drink lot of water it throw out the toxicants from the body
excrecise at least 45 minutes or any other activity like swimming,cycling walking etc which burn your calories
wait and watch dont be in hurry because it take time to deposit fat so it also take time to reduce
keep your mind healthy also it also works

Here's a serious answer. It works for me and many people I have worked with. I hope it helps you.

*If want to get fit and/or lose weight, here's my Weight Loss Program through Body Building and Nutrition. It works! First, don't Use Diet Pills. They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Counting calories is a pain in the neck. It will drive you nuts. But, losing weight is simple. You just have to do the right things.
*(If you are older and have not exercised in many years you should see your doctor and have a stress test done to be sure your heart is ok before starting this program. Also, walking eveyday is a good lifelong practice.)
*Fad diets sometimes work but, you can be sure that at least 25% of the weight you lose will be muscle. Then when you stop the diet you will gain back all of the weight you lost but no muscle. So, you will have 25% more fat than you did before! Fad diets just aren't worth the bother.
*Fasting or skipping meals will teach your body that famine is common in your world and your body will begin to store more fat to get you through the next period when food is not available. It's better to eat healthy foods often to teach your body that food is plentiful and that there is no need to store calories as fat. Eat a vegetablw or frui every two hours.
*Here's a simple trick that can help you lose weight without doing anything else. Drink a litre of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and then drink two more throughout the day. You'll notice a difference the first month.
*Here's another trick that works. For every pound of muscle that you add, your body will burn 3000 calories (1lb) of fat every day. That means that just by having an extra pound of muscle on your body you will burn a pound of fat every day! So, add muscle!
*This is the fastest way to add a pound of muscle. Squats and Pushups! You do them on alternate days; squats one day, pushups the next. And you do them SuperSlow style. That is, you do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part. That way you fatigue the muscles quickly. Then you rest the muscles for 48 hours which gives the body a chance to make new muscles.
*Squats should be done with a wide stance and all the way to the floor. Pushups the with palms shoulder width apart and all the way to the floor, then all the way up. Use the full range of motion of the muscle group you are trying to develop. If you are too weak to do pushups, try them with your knees on the floor or do them with your feet on the floor and your hands an the bed.
*The idea is to tire the muscles out completely so do a set of squats until you can't do another, then rest for a couple of minutes and do it again. Do that 3 times and you're done for the day. The following day, don't do squats but do pushups. Do them the same way, going down twice as slow as you come up.
*You will lose weight fast, unless you add more junk food and fat to your diet. Instead, eat at least 5 to 7 different raw vegetables and fruits every day. Cut out anything that comes in a bag, box, can, bottle or any kind of package. In other words, cut out all processed foods, soft drinks and sweets. Eat more grains and less red meat. Check out the

I think u should just eat normal but eat less of it i mean if u want 2 cheeseburgers have 1 with a salad. it will work and drink a lot of water

its simple wake up early, after breshing u have a glass of warm water in which u have 2 add a lemon and a spoon of honey.
do it for atleast 40 days
u can observe the change.
