It's called faith. Christian don't ask is there a god. We know because we see him work in our lives.

When people get so wise they have to figure out God they are deceiving their own self.

What I don't understand is why do atheist care what anyone believes. Isn't that trying to push their unbelief's on us?

Religions around the world believe there is a god, that has to say something. When 99.99% believe in a higher power, some of the greatest minds in the world believe. Why do atheist think they are so smart.

I believe in Jesus Christ because I feel him living in me.

Hope this answers your question.

Excellent points. It is largely based on one's culture, where a person was born and the beliefs system that exists for those respective areas. As for claims that christians will lounge in heaven, apart from others who don't believe, I am always happy to read things like that -- because it proves, once again, just how prejudiced some people are and how some will use their beliefs to justify their intolerance. I guess some people feel that this is the symbol of a real believer -- somebody who insults other people on behalf of their lord, while pretending to be interested in effective witnessing and conversions.

Have you ever imagine, what the world today will be without religion ? There will be chaos, hatred, global war, etc. The world without religion, will be a crazy world.

Religion is like a knife.....if you use it for the kitchen use, it will be good and very useful, but if you use it to kill somebody it will be very bad. In a good way, religions makes a lot of peoples a better person...more honest, more forgive, more care with each other, etc... But in a bad way, some peoples make religion a breeding ground for hate, like Islam terrorism for example.

I would love to say : the world need all those religions, to make it a better world. But I actually never understand Islam.

I'm sorry for my English brah...Peace, Ahimsa...

It doesn't matter if they are or aren't... How do you know there is/isn't a god? How do you know anything about it? Besides, who are you to run the lives of other people? they believe what they want to believe. I used to be like you. I would bash other people just b/c they thought differently than I do. I'm not sure if there is a god, or gods, but I do know one thing-- Being a better person means accepting others as they are and being happy with them and yourself. I'd advise you to seek professional help, but you wouldn't listen anyway, so just listen to me on this one thing ... It doesn't matter what color you are, what religion, what eye color you have, if you're rich or poor, you still deserve to be treated as you treat others, and looking at you, I can say, that isn't well.

Absolutely nothing is special about any religion. Religious people resort to answers like "you're going to hell" and all this childish nonsense because they know, deep down, that it is all just a method of control and they have shut their mind down by allowing it to indoctrinate them.

The following qoutes are all American in origin:

"faith is the act of forcing yourself to believe something you know in your heart cannot be so"

"Fear is your only God"

"Atheism believes that truth for truth's sake is the highest ideal, and that virtue is its own reward"

When religion is destroyed, our lucky descendants will look at our time with wonder and amazement that so many people could be so blind.

Athiests unite. Stand up. Religion is ruining the planet.

ultimately whatever you want to be you can be. you do not have to be the religion your parents are. you can choose atheism if you wish. you want to believe it is all a myth that is your choice. I enjoy having a heavenly father to talk to and to love and who loves me. if that is not what you want then find something or someone you can love and talk to even if it yourself. I would challenge you to learn about religions and at least have some knowledge of them if you do not allready.

What makes being a Christian American special is that we will will be lounging in heaven while those other Jesus hating scum will be tortured in hell. The bible tells us that it is the only true book and anyone who believes any other book is a fool.

There are J.W'S in 235 lands around the world.
All of them were once of other religions. They were shown exactly what a loving God wants of us.

I think that Christianity is the true religion, its not even a religion to me its life eternal. You will die one day what then? We have a loving Savior Jesus Christ who hurts everyday because he died to give us hope for eternal life and many spit it back in his face. Why are we so heartless and foolish, we rather choose the so called science above our Savior who in fact is a scientific God, we are just now understanding how things work and therefore because we understand we say that their cannot be a God which doesn't make sense at all to me.
