"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
2 Tim 2:11-12
It is unfortunate for the atheist, God has pity (mercy) on them and if they continuously reject Him, He will allow them to stay in that ignorance to die the second death.
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Rev. 21:8
There is a God and there will be judgement -
"And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. " Rev. 20:12

Thank you for demonstrating what mindless theism entails. There is no "sun just warm enough" or "planet just on the right revolution" or "just the right axis". All are good enough, and barely. At one point, the Earth was all but frozen over. There are two other worlds in this solar system that have liquid water and we are yet to land any probes on them. The smallest extrasolar planet we've detected is about five times more massive that Earth, more than 20 light years distant. It's a large universe and we investigate it. There's something called "intellectual curiosity". You should try it.

Just because YOU ARE GOING TO DIE, Does not make your life pointless.
If it was enjoyed it was worth it. But from your Q&A we can all see that you lead a sad pointless life, so you may not think it is worth it and i do understand that.
BUT
Other people lead productive, fulfilling lives which satisfy them greatly, weather or not there is a "part two".
I by the way am not an athiest, i am a wiccan witch, and i know what the purpose of this time on earth is for do you?

Look, chummy, you're seriously out of your depth here. Everything you've said in your last three postings has been utter nonsense that has been adequately dealt with both here and all over the Web ages ago.
Your silly jibes sound like a child trying to argue that Santa really exists after being given the bad news by its parents. Instead of asking stupid question which just expose your ignorance, why not get an education? Then you may come up with some real questions.

Atheist = pointless life... How compassionate... just leaves me speechless. Well, no, actually it doesn't. It turns my stomach to see someone think that because someone doesn't believe in something they do, that must mean their life is pointless. It's a shame, really. To think only your life has a point because you believe in your god.
WHATEVER. Did you flip your hair and roll your eyes when you typed that?
You get out of life what you put into it. And people still strive to make the best for their own children, even with the belief that when they die, that's it. So, I guess you just don't think these kind of things thru.
Why do Christians get Savings accounts for their children if they think Jesus is returning? Why would they care about the future at all if they all think Jesus is going to end it all and give them a fluffy cloud to sit on?

Let's turn the question around. Why would you care what you do in this life, if for the rest of eternity you'll be living somewhere else? What does this earth matter, or the people in it, if it's a mere blip in eternity?
We've only got one life, one chance. You better believe that motivates the heck out of me to make this the best world possible, and to make my life the best possible one I can. I've got one chance, one shot to get it right and make an impression. In only a few short years I've got to make enough of a dent in this world that those after me say "Hey, you remember that Skalite5 guy, he was pretty sweet." I understand true morality, true goodness because I don't fear the alternative, I honestly want to be a good person. There is no fear of punishment, but I honestly in my heart want to be loved and to love, to be the best person I can be. Not despite the fact that there is not afterlife, but because of it.

What if you're incorrect? What if fetuses are extra wide wakeful and conscious than technological expertise presently believes they are? merely perfect now, an editorial suggested finished Milk is in good structure than skim milk. technological expertise has been thoroughly sensible that skim milk develop into extra efficient for decades. Nowit seems finished milk will make you in good structure and promote weight-loss. it really is a touch insignificant trivial merchandise to be incorrect about. yet in accordance to that fake assumption, guidelines were written to limit finished milk from colleges. A criminal bypass that could want to really damage youngsters. So, if the fetus is alive conscious and able to feeling soreness, does that adjust the way you sense about it? technological expertise might want to be incorrect. It occurs always. would not erring on the side of caution seem smart?

Why can't you be happy within your own belief system without having the need to include every other person in it. If we go to hell, all the better for you as your heaven won't be so crowded. And it was the churches not the atheists who opposed progress for so long, after all evalution is a part of progress

Just because I am an atheist does not mean my life is pointless! Hedonism is fun!
Your remarks about evolution are idiotic! Asteroids have struck earth! And life on other planets could easily exist, they are just too far away from earth for us to find them.

I don't know about you, but just because I'm not looking forward to an afterlife doesn't mean my life is pointless.
Haven't we been taught that what is of value usually won't last forever? This is the ONLY life we have and know of... might as well make the best of it. Why waste one's life on religious superstition and winning brownie points for an unproveable afterlife?

For all those people who ask here "what have I lost if I believe in Christ and I am wrong," well, here is your answer.
I would like to express my pity on you for having a pointless, worthless, pathetic life, simply because it does not include the promisee of floating in the clouds paved withstreets of gold when it is over. My life, the only one we get, is wonderful.
