Koolaid is better. Crystal light has aspertain in it, and side effects of aspertain are known.

Well, if I had to drink one, it would totally be Crystal light! If you want Koolaid, just pour some sugar in a glass of water! Yuck!

They do have sugar free koolaide, I use both because crystal light offers the different flavors orange pineapple etc.

koolaid cause its better and I like it but on the other hand crystal light is good foru. both are easy to make .
