Yes air popped pop corn is very healthy. It is filling, but low in fats, salts and sugar UNTIL you load it up with butter, sugar or salt.
Artificial Sweeteners will have less calories than if it was treated with real sugar, but still isn't necessary.
But at home its usually cooked in oil or butter, and the microwaved ones have all sorts of additives. So you have to be careful which one you have if your on a diet.

I asked similar the other day! Apparently 1 cup is 31 calories. Use a machine, one that uses hot air to pop the corn and dont bother adding anything to it. Its so much cheaper popping your own too, a bag or kernals from Tesco cost 99p, it lasts ages and you get a HUGE amount from the machine I use, its one thats shaped like a duck and purchased from Argos!!
Mmmmmmmmm popcorn

If it's not drowned in butter and has no salt or sugar it's pretty good for you - a low fat snack.

Relatively healthy. If you air pop the popcorn and then eat it as at is. Don't laden it down with sugar, caramel or salt.

It has carbs. Just don't put butter or salt on it. Try some onion powder or a MODERATE amount of dried parmesan :)
Most people won't eat it plain because it is so bland.

Straight popcorn is good. The kind you buy in seeds. However, what is added to it makes it bad.
