I don't think so....this is an honour to be the best man for one of your best friends, so suck it up.
You do not have to sound like a scholar, just write a few things about what a great guy the groom is, some memories of your past together, funny little things that others may not know...welcome his bride into the group of friends that you belong to...good luck with it...you can do it..

No one can write it FOR you, we don't know the bride and groom! The toast is supposed to be personal, and heartfelt. It may even help if you think of it as a toast and not a huge speech.
However, there are books at your library and bookstore on speech writing and wedding toasts, take a look at those to give yourself a boost.
