Hi,
I'm not sure abt Dreamweaver but there is a wonderful alternative for photoshop its called 'The GIMP' its completely free and open sourced, U can create professional Images with this, almost similar to P-shop but a bit of intial acquentince needed..
GIMP has almost all d features and filters u hav in P-shop and is very powerful

you can use Google Picasa for alternative of photoshop, and for dreamweaver you can use ;

But best alternative of Photoshop is Fireworks (not free) and Dreamweaver is Frontpage (not free)

Use Jasc Paintshop, TRY N BYE software, valid for 60 months.
Also you can use ULead PhotoImpact XL, awsome tool, valid for only one month, but you can use it forever by changing your system date. nice one !!!!
