That makes no sense. If you can send via phone line, you can receive via phoneline, and it has nothing to do with DSL. Just connect it like a regular phone (albeit a very big one)

To use it to receive with dsl you need to subscribe to a VOIP phone line and use an adaptor to connect the modem. Otherwise it needs the phone line connected.

You cant, you need to use the phone socket for that, fax cant transmit through DSL connections.
