so people here's the story, if u r board. help me out...

i like this girl. ( co-worker, but in different department, but i see her around few times a day) she been playing me around. she seems to like me, (i think she likes me*) but we have lots of co-workers around, and we're both young, around same age, good looking people. so our co-workers get very suspicious about us.
i try asking her out before, didn't really work. ( i didn't have her number, next day she gave me her number) and second time she said she was busy, i thought she said that to turn me down. but now i know she really didn't have time then. so i flirt around with her. and she tries to be sweet with me. and other day i told her she looks cute! she seem flattered. and smiled.
i want to know how can i take it to next level?
Should I ask her out again? What can i say? help me out. How do I ask her again.

I myself was in a similar situation with a co-worker and it is a hard decision to make. Do you get butterflies in your stomach when you see her? Does your heart stop beating? Well if it does then YES ask her out again, it sounds like you need to have more self confidence. If in fact you really, truly want to have a relationship with this girl then be prepared for a really tough time at work!! It is a very hard task to have a relationship with a co-worker and focus on your job at the same time. All I am saying is way in all of your options and go with what your heart tells you!! Good Luck!

Yes ask her out again, but maybe ask her a little differently this time. Try and find out something you think she would enjoy and maybe ask her if she's busy this week that way she has a margin of time, and then between the two of you guys you could decide when is a good time. Or you could just ask her again plain and simple, and if she says no again you could say something like "would you like to go out some other time or should I stop trying? I won't be offended if you say no." Either way, definitely ask her again! Good luck!

Maybe you should start by asking her questions about herself and show genuine interest in her answers. This will show that you are serious about beginning a relationship with her without actually coming right out and telling her this.

Girls love it when you show them genuine interest, by listening to them talk instead of doing all the talking yourself.

Never date your teacher, your co-worker, your boss, a married person or your best friend's ex. It always ends up being a hassle.

yes, definitely but this time try going for something different, ask her to accompany you to or somewhere an event maybe, somewhere the both of you can have fun, and let things unfold naturally.
