my breakfast starts at the house but finishes when i get to my workplace.so i had a bowl of cereal with 2 bananas and a cup of orange juice.on the way to work ,i stopped for two boxes of donuts!comfort food to face the bad morning traffic...
lunch is when the boss goes away for morning meetings and ends when he comes back after his lunch date.yesterday i started with the leftover donuts from breakfast and had my real lunch of 2 large pizza's and 2 cans of diet cola...dessert was donuts...again!
...and a banana a friend gave me...for dinner ,i had to go to mom's.she made a roast chicken with gravy and some green salad plus my favourite pie...
i do not eat much = )

Breakfast - one slice ham on toast sandwich.
Lunch - small baked potato, with some margarine.
Supper - souvlaki on a bun, fries, half order Greek salad.
Snacks - some potato chips, two chocolates, 2 cookies.
Well, at least the day began relatively low calorie!

I had eggs Benedict with potatoes for a late breakfast and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich for dinner. Today I had a bowl of cereal and two pieces of toast and tonight I will have pork roast, yams, and hot rolls for dinner. I can hardly wait. I am starving!
