as it is compulsary evey body should know the BLS for the CPR course there are many companies and institutions where fees is asked for the course and registration. i think this is against the human rights as this is basic right of the human being to live and to be resucitated. then i request to evey body to say FREE CPR.

It sounds as though you think there is some group of people in charge of the world who should be delivering 'rights'. This is not the case!! Of course it would be a good idea for everyone to know CPR, but we live in a world where earning and spending money is the basis of the way transactions are done, and so it is inevitable that there will be a cost - to pay for someone's time - in teaching these skills.

Sometimes health insurance companies give a discount. Yes, it would be great if everyone knew CPR. But for the time being, as long as we have a critical mass of people who know it, there should usually be someone nearby who can perform the resuscitation.

I agree with you.
Many organizations arrange this course free for their employees.
Some voluntary organizations also impart this training for free. However, they do not give certificate for this.
