You know that isn't alright. Lying hurts people and you should seriously evaluate the reasons why you would rather use somebody than resort to such a deplorable untruth to get what you want.
I think you're scared that nobody will like you if they know the truth, and are too much of a coward to even try honesty as an option.
If you want sex so badly you could try paying for it at least that's an honest transaction. Maybe its the idea of using and hurting somebody that arouses you more than the actual sex, if this is the case, you really need help because you are a monster.

If you use cancer as an excuse and she wants to see you again you might have to shave your head and lose some weight.
Alternatively make up a rare medical condition, so rare there is nothing on the Internet about it that she can look up.

Yes, this is perfectly acceptable. In your case, I would try for the sympathy vote for your mental disorder - obviously your brain is shrinking at quite a rate, and maybe there are some women out there who would relish the thought of your relationship being a short one. Good luck.

I would think that if you told someone you were on your last legs they would be reluctant to get in bed with you.I think the average lady would worry that you might give up the ghost while in the middle of things and she could end up with a dead dick in her.
