How to Load the Command Bits for a Phase locked looped(PLL) AD4110(Analog Devices)?

For Programming the AD4110 PLL(Analog devices module) three data pins were there On the IC.They are DATA,Enable&CLK.How to give the pulse durations and parameters need to be considered.Please help in this issue.....with exact idea.Thanking for viewers of this question!

you need a microcontroller with a SPI interface to write to the device. The micro will take care of the timing requirements.
