I checked him out and he only has bruises on his leg and knee. I thought that he was seriously injured. He is moping around (that may be b/c I scolded him about peeing in the house) but jumping on and off the bed and couch like normal. Do you think he's alright?

Sounds like he is alright..Probably sore, though. If he refuses to eat or drink, or has a hard time peeing or pooping, get him to the vet.

Check if he is peeing properly, and if he is eating and drinking properly, and if he is active or sore. Changes in drinking (even excessive drinking) or peeing may indicate a rupture of the ureter or the bladder or kidney. If you see anything out of the ordinary in the next few hours, go to the vet.

he's a dog ! That fall would have put us out of work for a day or two, he'll just shake it off after a day, he's "Fine", want proof ? Hand him a piece of meat out of the refrigerator, $20 say's He'll grab it, then you know he's O.K. !

Dog don't understand my leg injured take it easy.
If you touch his side does he reacted.
If he is jumping around he still could be hurt but not seriously.
If in doubt see your vet.
