If you mean among his students, then there's Gozo Shioda, Morihiro Saito and Koichi Tohei who started his own organization called "Shin shin toitsu Aikido" which places more emphasis on developing the Ki. But if you mean today outside of Japan, then it has to be Steven Seagal, owing to his career in Hollywood which made him easily recognized and associated with Aikido.

besides the already mentioned Shioda, Saito, Tohei, and Seagal you also have Ken Ota, Thomas Makiyama an dozens of others. Without having an intrest in Aikido most Aikido instructors will not be "household names".
