After the dinosaurs got eradicated, Humans inherited the earth, after Humans get eradicated will a new species take over?

If yes, most probably it will be insects. Livards (dino) had their chance, Mamals (humans) had their chance, so now it's time for the insects to rise.

or maybe fishes?

One group of dinosaurs is known to have survived to the present day: taxonomists consider modern birds to be direct descendants of theropod dinosaurs.

I'm sure that some humans will survive in some form or the other.

Hm - I'm guessing rats or cockroaches. (It's thought that cockroaches (the species) could survive a nuclear blast, so a meteor hitting us would be nothing to them.)

It probably would be insects because they survived all the other mass extinction's, and are doing incredibly well now.
