how can I shape my layer hair?

i layered my hair 2days ago and yesterday i washed my hair how can i make the layers like first day learn the ways of comb and also what kind of shampoo or ... I need?and my other question girls who already has layer hair for how long can keep this style ?

Pantene extra volume conditioner (white bottle w/ purple label) is the best one I've found.

Styling mousse or leave-in conditioner will add body & protect your hair from damage.

Use a super absorbent hair towel to minimize drying time.

Comb out your hair w/ a wide tooth comb after shampooing. Start at the bottom & work your way upwards to prevent tearing. Never use a brush on wet hair; it's very vulnerable to tearing then.

pull up your first layer and run a straightening iron over that layer then let your second layer fall and straighten that - ( even if your hair is straight ) this will help seperate your layers - do not straighten both layers together it will blend and not have that layered look -
you could also get hair wax and use a little bit to chunk the top layers and peice them together for a more dramatized look- - -

ive only had my layers for about 2 weeks so i cant say too much
