If you are talking about fish, unseasoned, with only a little salt you can't beat Salmon, closely followed by Trout.

It is by far better, than any store bought fish, if you can catch it for breakfast just after sun up.

I hate Tilapia. I believe it belongs in an Aquarium, not on a plate. My favorite is Sole. It's the easiest to cook with and mild in flavor. Tilapia is too dense.

You are right. Tilapia is the best. That's what I had for dinner tonight, and it's what I had about 5 days ago. I'm addicted.

Tilapia is the most bland, tasteless fish I have ever had. They are also pretty disguisting where they live, etc. I really prefer salmon and trout, though orange ruffy is pretty great.

Try red snapper or mackerel fillet for change.

They're great to eat and simply fast to cook!
