And as to things we don't like, beans, mushrooms, lettuce -we like only romaine or spinach... Thats really about all I can think of.. You didn't mention shrimp, but you can use chicken.
If you like pasta dishes:
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
chicken or shrimp
heavy cream
chopped fresh spinach
tomato chunks
Your favorite paste, or penne
onions
turkey bits, since you don't eat pork
Saute the chicken or shrimp (or both), onions, spinach. Set aside.
Cook the pasta as directed.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the bread crumbs. Grate the cheese and add in. Oven at 350 degrees. Add contents to casserole dish, sprinkle the bread crumbs on top and bake for 30 min.
Sorry about the bad grammar. It's 2:00 am and I sleepy. You can email me if you like

Here's an idea for a tasty, different sort of meal for you and your husband:
Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 package Stoffer's stuffing mix, chicken flavored or corn bread.
2 jars Turkey gravey
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper
Mix stuffing according to package directions. Season turkey with salt and pepper and add cooked stuffing to meat. Form in to meat balls and place in baking dish. Mix Turkey gravey with sour cream and wine and spoon 1/2 of the mixture over the meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas or spinach salad. Use reserved gravey to heat and spoon over potatoes and meatballs.

If you want something simple try adding Garlic, ginger and soy sauce as a seasoning to steak. For sides try rice and snap beans with soy sauce and seasame seeds. Asian flair DELICIOUS!

Chicken breast:
1) saute strips of it with onions and bell peppers (you can add spinach too), season with taco seasoning, wrap with soft tortillas, and serve with chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, and salsa
2) stir fry chicken or steak with garlic, ginger, and your choice of vegetables, flavor with a mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of sugar for a teriyaki-like stir fry, serve over rice
3) saute ground beef with diced onion, bell pepper, carrots, and celery. stir in canned tomatoes and, no lie, about a teaspoon of chopped raisins. simmer and serve over hamburger buns for an updated sloppy joe
4) marinate steaks, chicken pieces, or even turkey london broil with garam masala (Indian mixed spice) and yogurt for about 30 min. broil for tandoori-style meat
5) curry (probably in a cookbook you have)
