I am filling a questionare where they ask you about "census map" and "Locality" what are these ?

Census map is the area where you live usually the city or state while the locality is your exact address.

You only should write one line on the whole form
"X number of Americans live here and nothing else is none of the Gov F-ing business" saves time and none of the other stuff is any of their business
